Large bone china mug which did not pass our strict quality checks. However, it is still a delight to own and use. Dishwasher safe.

Mugs sold as seconds do not carry our logo stamp on the base to differentiate between first quality and second quality.

What is the difference between a first and a second? All mugs are manually inspected and only those which pass our highest standards are classified as first quality. An item is classified as a second where there is a fault to the finish, the decoration or the shape. The fault is not structural, i.e. each piece still functions as intended and is usable. Seconds cannot be exchanged or refunded.
